Impact
I believe in a blended learning approach. So I apply a number of measures to maximise impact:- workshops, inviting participants to step out of their comfort zones,
- peer coaching to reflect on action plans and individual coaching to find and tackle obstacles,
- involve the manager of the participants to agree on individual learning objectives before and after their ‘learning journey’.
